- How do I refer a contact?
Your referrals can use your partner's unique link to fill out a form on our website. - What happens after I refer a contact?å
Once the form is submitted, a deal will be created in our system, and our sales team will reach out to the referred contact to begin the hiring process. - How long is a referral valid?
Referrals are valid for six months since the date of creation/sign up. This means the referred contact must complete and pay a project within this time frame to qualify for the referral fee. - What happens if my referral doesn’t complete a project within 6 months?
If the referral does not complete a project within 6 months of it’s creation, it will not qualify for a referral fee. - Can I refer more than one contact?
Absolutely! There is no limit to how many referrals you can make. The more referrals you bring in, the more commissions you earn. Please take note that we only honor new referrals who aren’t already in business with us or active in our system.

Referral fees are typically processed and paid out within 30 days after the referral's payment has been received and verified by our finance team. - Are there any fees for processing payments?

- What happens if two partners refer the same client?
If two partners refer the same client, only one partner will receive the commission. We will honor the referral fee for the partner whose link the client used first. However, please note that the referral must complete and pay for the project for any commission to be awarded. If the project is not completed or paid, no commission will be issued to either partner. - Are there any restrictions on referrals?
Referrals must be new to our database. Existing clients or contacts who have previously interacted with us will not qualify. This also applies to people who are part of your company. - What if a referral doesn’t complete a project or hire?
Referrals are eligible for a commission only if they result in a completed and paid project within six months of the referral's creation. If no project is completed within this timeframe, the referral will not qualify for a commission. - Do I need to sign a contract to participate?
Yes, you will need to sign a referral agreement in order to participate. We will send you the agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the program. - What is the process for dispute resolution?
Any disputes regarding referrals or commissions will be resolved in accordance with the terms outlined in the referral program agreement. - Can I cancel my participation in the program?
